The IBLS E-Training Portal will focus on formal practical training to the public and private sector, using structured courses in the areas of Immigration, Customs, Logistics and Border Security tailored to meet job-related training and development goals.

• Through the IBLS E-Training Portal comprehensive knowledge will be shared across borders allowing attendees to access the hierarchical e-portal training modules across physical, political, and economic boundaries.
• This can drastically reduce the costs of higher education and historical classroom training, making it much more innovative, affordable and accessible to the masses.
